Office Hours: 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., with a manager reachable after hours.
Hot Tub Hours: 7:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. Rest matters at altitude, so we ask guests to keep voices, televisions, and hallway noise low.
Pets: Pets are welcome only in designated pet rooms when arranged ahead of time. A nightly pet fee applies, and pets must leave with their people or be supervised during housekeeping.
Smoking: All rooms and interior spaces are smoke-free. Outdoor smoking posts are placed away from guest room doors.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival can be released without charge. Later cancellations may be charged according to the booked stay.
Late Arrival: Guests arriving after office hours should call before travel so the desk can explain the late-arrival process.
Payment: Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
Length of Stay: Most dates have no minimum stay, though holiday periods and peak weekends may require two or three nights.
